I've been reading I NEVER PROMISED YOU A ROSE GARDEN, by Hannah Green. I've heard (and read on GoodReads) both positive and negative about this one due to new understandings reagrding Schizophrenia. Personally, I am enjoying it quite a bit, but then I'm not reading it for current medical accuracy. Anyway, this ones god some good verbiage in it for sure. There are plenty of words I've either had to look up, try to figure out through usage, or just skip past so I don't interrupt the flow of the story. Good stuff!
