Maybe read dark nest and then fate of the Jedi and legacy of the force.

I loved Labrinth of Evil, Revenge of the Sith, and rise of Darth Vader. I felt that the three together give you great insight into how our good guy becomes very, very bad.

I also finished recently and found Pantheon lacking. Although, I would still recommend them.

I have also really enjoyed reading LTOFS. It is one of the only things that keeps me sane while in Japan. I started reading them on my Ipod during our last stint here and am reading them again. Also cannot wait for the new FOTJ book!

New Jedi Order is nothing compared to Legacy of the Force. Also William I noticed you talked about Super Shadow and his info. Can't say it is canon now because New Jedi order disproves some of his ideas as you will see in upcoming books. I don't think you or Jeff has read those yet. When you get to that point I would like to hear what you think.

I started reading Star Wars books when I was probably 8. It is really hard to remember the first one. I know I read several Galaxy of Fear books (non-canon) and The Adventures of Luke Skywalker. I also read the Star Wars story books that came out for Return of the Jedi, and the ones that came out in the early 90s. The first one I remember reading, I mean where I was and when I read it, was the novelization of Phantom Menace by Terry Brooks. I thought it was great. Although I later decided I didn't like Terry Brooks. I read this in 1999 so I would have been 11. I know I read Children of the Jedi by Barbra Hambley fairly early as well, probably around 1998. This was and is still one of my favorites.
