I too enjoyed this book and the second book "the Lost Boy" also a" a man named Dave" was also good. I give Dave Pelzer credit for going through what he went through and still be able to forgive his parent's. He became a stronger person in my opion for what he went through. I still have to read the next book "The Privilege of Youth".
