No, Jason is right. The latest one is no actually by him, but was written through his notes since he died before he could finish it. I have yet to read it.
Still young!!!! Even if a story is bad I just want to know how it ends. There is always a faint faint hope that it might get better. Like Robert Jordan's Wheel of time series. Book 4 was bad, book 5 was awful. Book 6 was great, got me right back into it.....and then book 10 happened.
Sometimes the piles of books get pretty high. I find it difficult to choose the next book or series. I also have a need to finish a series even if it is bad and getting worst.
I usually have several books lined up. If I am excited about it then I get a "cannot wait" feeling. If it is just some book I picked up so I would have something to read then I get a feeling of disappointment as my current book is coming to an end. It is because I know the next one will not be as good.
