I have read all of Mcbains novels the best is wild bells to the wild sky a great story the group should try that one.

I love ashes one of my fav of all time a rose in winter was also good flame i read a long time ago so I don't rememeber much.

I thought Adora was ok I have read better from her I thought the ending was good.I am not that into harem sometime it gets confusing to many people and lovers husband and wives????

a lot of people had a hard time with ashes. I have read it 4 times. i just finished it people must think i am crazy. I loved the antic and the yankee talk that did a lot for the book. I like when a story has some fun in it with the 2 main people. Tarifa sound good but I am not into war and history to much is there a lot of that in this novel you are reading

I also have to agree with tammy if you know what her books are about ahead of time you will like them. I have read many of her books over and I have been reading other books over again cause i know i will enjoyed them. i kind of get disappointed when I cant get into a book or don't like it. I hate to be a quitter

i just finished ashes i can't remember reading anything that good. I was sad that I finished it.

I feel really bad that ashes got bad reviews. this is the 4th time i am reading it and enjoying every page. i guess everyone has there own taste but don't right her off she has many great titles. i know on goodread there was they rave about savage surrender by natsha peters and I gave that one up ugh???? oh well

I was not liking savage surrender? so I decided to pick up ashes for the 4th time. I did'nt think I would want to read it again but, I got hooked on it and enjoying so much. I love the play fun that al and cole have with the yankee saying. I think it is so funny some of the thing that KEW has come up with. If you are thinking about reading it go for it.

I named my daughter Marlena from the soap days of our lives I don't know if anyone remembers her? that is so cute Alaina, ashes in the wind is a fav read of mine i am reading it again now the 4th time I love the writer.

I feel the romance novel should be read no eairlier then 16. 14 is to young to understand all that goes on and some of the sex I feel is to much for that age group. I was around 16 ,17 I remember reading wildest heart by R Rogers. my daughter is 25 and does not like bodice rippers

I love shanna A rose in winter ashes in the wind Come love a stranger is a good story to not so much a bodice ripper but a great love story. all her novels are great. Lorraine heath has some goodies to.

Jason was worst then christopher but the men to me sounded so sexy i could not help liking them.

I have to agree with tonya you had to wait to long for the best part Gypsy lady deceive not my heart and tiger lily are very good too

It can be a little annoying after a while I finished the book so I don't want to put in a spoiler I still thought it was good keep going.
