Estefani’s comments from the Ms. S Block E group.

The conflict in this story would be that the parents are in this fantcy world that they will find gold and build the Glass castle in the deasrt. I hope that at the end they do fing gold and build the glass castle but the way I see it so far its not going to happen.

My favorite part of this book sofar has to be them in las vages because I want to go there and it seem that they all had a good time. I also like that the father gets them ice cream. It was in the moment because it was really hot and I wanted ice cream so that was a good part for me.

The mood of the book THE GLASS CASTLE would be tragic because of all the things that are going on between the family. I feel bad for the childern because then didnt get better parents.For example the parents were on ther way to las vegas and the girl fall of the car and the parents didnt even realizes that she was gone anbd she got really hurt.Another example there was a fire at the hotal were they were staying at and the girl almost got burn and then after that they were sleeping in the car. Made me feel really bad for them.

My favorite character in the book so far is both parents. I find it crazy the way they think but in a way it make the story intersting. I never meet a person that had those kinds of values.In a way I understand the way they think because they only belieave in what is needed in order for them to live.

so far in the book that i am reading The glass castle there is a girl that hads parents that have different values than other. for eample when i started reading this book i didnt understand the fact that the girl was enbarssed to see her mother was picking up trash. i think that she will explain why she feel the was she feel about her mother.
