There's no setting in the group or the individual membership for how often the group digest email goes out. Even if there's no way to change it, it should at least be SHOWN somewhere. Is it daily? Weekly?

That may have been a fluke specific to an odd use case...that is, you invited me when the group was secret, and it wouldn't let me join. Then you made it private and reinvited me, and the second invitation didn't contain a link (?!), so I used the link from the first invitation, and it sent you an email but showed nothing within goodreads.

It looks like time zones are not adjusted for the location of your meeting. Do the times appear different to people in different time zones? Can you set a time zone for your group? Event times need to be universally understood by all group members. This is a serious problem.

If you hit "new topic" from within a folder, that folder should be chosen by default.

Genres are useful for categorization, but very limiting.
