Since September of this year, 2036, six women and three men have gone missing in St. Louis. Thirty-six-year-old Homicide Detective Amanda Warner has been assigned to the case. It is four days before Christmas, and all attempts up to now to solve this case have been futile.
Amanda comes to realize that this case involves vampires. Since she was eleven years old, her adopted uncle, private investigator, James Hurts, has trained her to combat vampires. But Hurts, and all of her family and friends have all died or have moved away. Amanda has never fought vampires alone—but now she must! Can she do it?

Hi, I'm Alan Zacher, and I have been a member of Goodreads for a few years now. Sadly, last year my MS got the better of me, and I've been in rehab for most of this year: learning to walk again. I have had two novels published: I'm No P. I. and A Ghoulish Good Time. I'm glad I'm back. Alan
I have downloaded my novel "A Ghoulish Good Time" in ebook format on my Goodreads page. It's FREE to read. I hope you enjoy it. It's three tales of light horror. One of the stories has characters in it--Tom and his mother--who are the same characters from my mystery novel "I'm No P. I." Thanks, Alan Zacher
Hi all,Since Halloween is just around the corner, I thought I'd self-promote my novel "A Ghoulish Good Time." It's three tales of light horror. A fun read. Thanks, Alan Zacher.
