Yes, as Frodo spent more time in this journey, his will to resist became thiner. But I wonder if this "heaviness" of the ring is a "decision" of the ring itself or if it is an extension of Frodo's state of mind, or maybe both. Cause Frodo lost the hope of surviving long before Sam did. For the little time Sam carried the ring, I remember that he can sense the ring alluring him, but did he also felt the weight?

Sorry for the misspelled, I'm writing from a new movil add :)

The deeper Frodo and Sam get into Mordor, the heavier gets the ring; why? I see.the ring as an object that has some sort of conciousness and it is capable of making desitions (like to abandon or even betray the bearer). Then, does it get heavier cause it is closer to his master? or does it knows the bearer's intention of destroy it?

I´ve just finished re-reading the Hobbit and TLotR and it was and amazing journey, truly. Everytime I read this books (this is my 3rd time) I notice something new and awesome. I have to go, but will comment more later. =D

I looooove the LotR movies and I have a lot of respect for P. Jackson, but 3 MOVIES??? Seriously??? What the hell??? Is the shortest book of the series,
Did Peter Jackson lost the hability to edit??? O.o
