I'm taking a break from reading off my list because I'm mostly studying now. I'm going to try to catch up on the books that I already started. :)
I finished Angus, Thongs and Full-Frontal Snogging. I'm giving it an okay rating. Pretty juvenile for me and I love most young adult books.
I'm currently reading Angus, Thongs and Full-Frontal Snogging. So far, I'm not enjoying it very much because it seems too juvenile for me. The main character is a 14-year-old girl and I think that is the audience for the book. Maybe, I have been around too many teens lately to truly enjoy it. I'll keep plugging along.... :)
I finished
. It truly was an amazing and inspirational book that everyone should read. I highly recommend it!Now onto
when I get it. :)
I'm still reading Angela's Ashes, which I'm enjoying very much, but I would love to be able to punch out the dad!
I loved this book and Scarlet and Rhett are such a great couple, both endearing and completely frustrating. Also, I really just want to slap Ashley throughout the book...just sayin'...:)
I loved this book. Thanks so much for selecting it. I never read this book and it's just so lovely. Ann is lovable, optimistic and very funny. A beautiful story. :)

So now I happil..."Yep! Currently they are saying you can have up to 4 cups a day. After that, it's not so good. I try to keep my intake to 2 maybe 3. Enjoy! :)

It's funny because ..."I'm with you. Here in PA, school was closed today because of a wintery mix. Fun! I can't wait for even some sun. :)
Nicolle wrote: "I didn't like The Graveyard Book which is the only Gaiman I have read. I feel the same about the lack of attatchment. Whilst reading I was thinking I know I am supposed to feel scared/excited/dread..."One of my favorite biographies is John Adams by David McCullough. HBO made a fantastic miniseries based on this book.
I am currently reading
. So far I'm enjoying them all. I guess I'm in the minority here, I like Catcher in the Rye. :)
Jill wrote: "I started Extremely Loud and Incredibly Closelast night. Loving it so far!"I loved, loved, loved that book and the movie! I never read Everything is Illuminated but I really need to, the movie is one of my favorites of all time. Hope you enjoy the book as much as I did.
Thanks for the heads up. I have actually read both. Speaking of travel, I'm in the beginning stages of planning a trip to Hawaii with my family. Any suggestions? We are going to Oahu.
