Juan’s comments from the Classics group.

Looking forward to be introduced to and introduce people to great classic books. I'm a Colombian forest engineer (33) and nature photographer, can't live without reading; right now I enjoy reading to my wife (she's a little short sighted and cannot read for long periods without discomfort), sharing many of my favorite books with her. I've been reading some Japanese classics lately and rediscovering my love for Sherlock Holmes (which I hadn't read for over 20 years) and discovering new authors like Neil Gaiman.

By the way, over the years I have realized that while Spanish-speakers like me have access to and are aware of most countries classics (through translations), English-speakers are usually surprisingly unaware of hidden jewels out there from non-Anglosaxon nor French authors. For instance
