I've collected all of the Ultimate series I could find in the Ultimate Marvel series description and did some sorting on the three Spider-Man series in that universe, but I'm not as familiar enough with the chronology to be sure I've got everything....

Thanks! I will definitely check that site out further, because that's exactly what I'm trying to find and list for a lot of these books. I've mostly been working on older DC comics, not Marvel ones -- perhaps Marvel fans are better organized already on other sites. :)
I haven't found any that are reliable on books containing comics, sadly -- this is one of the reasons I've been so gung-ho about getting this information into GR! When I find a site that's useful for a particular series I'll put a link in my post to this group for that series and sometimes I've been putting those links in the series note field as well. (Things which I find frustrating to no end: websites for books of comics which don't list the issues collected!)
You might want to put more links in each series description to the other series, but this looks good to me! That's a complicated history there. :)

Also, references to "Suicide Squad #67" are to a one-shot comic book during Blackest Night; because of the numbering, this would technically be part of Suicide Squad I, otherwise published 1987-1992. (It's collected in Birds of Prey: Dead of Winter.)
Suicide Squad II, from 2001-2002, doesn't seem to be collected at all.
