I'm really trying, but I don't think I can finish this. I'm half way through, but I just really don't care what happens and don't think I want to waste any more time... Maybe it's because I know nothing about Greek (and Roman?) mythology, none of the names or stories make any sense, and there's no plot. I see everyone else really liked it, so I'm looking forward to hearing what I'm not understanding!

Any recommendations for a book by a diverse author? Does the Life of Pi count?

Oh my! I'm only about a third of the way through this, but I think it's the creepiest book I've read since Stephen King in the 1980's!

I loved this book all the way through. I had to keep reading to see what was going to happen. But, I didn't like the ending. So, do I give it a 5 star because I loved it, or do I give it a 3 star because of the ending? I have this question a lot when the ending kind of ruins a book for me. How do y'all handle it? (I compromised and gave it a 4)
