I am district 4!

So, how this game works is that someone picks a quote. Than everyone else has to guess who said that quote, and after a couple people guess, the person who wrote the quote says the answer and who got it. If no one got the answer, than the same person goes again. If multiple people guessed it, the first one who guessed chooses a quote. If one person gets it, he or she choose a quote for people to guess. I'll go first.
