Amina’s Voice - great for middle school age. Amina’s life was not centered around being Muslim, but around being a tween girl.

Not if I See You First’s protagonist is blind. Love the fact it was just a part of her, not all consuming.

The Hate U Giver (movie being filmed as I type... well maybe not as I type as it night and they probably aren’t filming at night, unless they ARE filming at night... you get the drift).
