Hello, all! This group has been mostly inactive but I'm pretty much my fault. I will try to rectify it!

God, I agree so completely. Suicide is…tough. And that's an understatement. It hurts so many people, in so many different ways. Some people think it's a way out, but it's not. Because once you're dead, that's it. It's over. And maybe you helped yourself, but you hurt everyone you leave behind. Nothing is worth death. Nothing. There is always, always, always another way. Life is never so hard that you can't get through it. Not if you have people beside you who love you. Suicide hurts. Hard.

RIP, Richard and Kelley. I'll love you always.

This is a lovely surprise. You writing just flows off the page beautifully. There's something about it that just settles into my mind, in a good way. I could read amazing writing like this forever. Your description and your characters are simply amazing. Please, keep up the good work!

I really like this. Your characters are beautiful. They develop smoothly and your description is amazing. You do have a few grammar/punctuation errors, but nothing that a little proofreading won't fix. I'm looking forward to reading more of your writing.

Okay, guys, either some of you aren't reading the rules page or you are purposely ignoring me. I don't appreciate you doing either of these. So if you haven't read the rules, do so now. If you did but forget what they are, go check them. If you're purposely ignoring me, please don't. It's impolite and I would really appreciate it if you would please follow the rules. There aren't a lot, really.

I like all of these ideas! They sound like they could really go somewhere, and honestly, I think they'd get a lot of readers!

Hello, Andrew and Chantal!

This is definitely very, very good. You have lots of description but you don't overdo it, which is very nice. Your characters develop seamlessly. Your plot instantly hooks readers. Also, your made-up language is pronounceable and doesn't cause unnecessary headaches. Your writing style is extremely appealing, and you end with an awesome cliffhanger. I've only just read the prologue, as that's all I currently have time for, but I'm definitely looking forward to reading more as I am able!

Ingrid, please create only one thread that contains ALL of your writing, not just individual stories. Thank you!

I'll start. I've always wanted to write a story about a forbidden love, but I don't know if I'll ever get around to it.

Lovely and beautiful. It definitely describes at least one of the people I've known. You can really capture emotion!
