Rose’s comments from the South Branch YA 2018 Reading Challenge group.

This book is written both by a black female author and is featuring a black female main character. The entire book I thought I had a loose grasp on the situation, the last two pages threw me for an absolute loop. I'm still not exactly sure where my concept of reality stands. This book took me through a lot of emotions, at one point I stopped and just cried for a while. I am not sure if I recommend this book, I will let you know when I process it.
