Personality: Almost always smiling, but has major anger issues. He can be very sarcastic and doesn't like people very much but if someone works hard to become his friend, he will do anything to protect them.
Other: Due to an experiment on his vocal chords, Shrill is a mute. He uses sign language but after a few years also gained the ability to project his voice into people's minds. Despite the fact he cannot speak, he can emit a high-pitched-ear-damaging-brain-rattling scream tho it takes a lot of energy.
