This is a fan letter, and a short story to make you feel good.
I had just read LAD, (I live in L.A.) and was in NYC, eating breakfast with a friend, and raving about LAD. A woman came up to our table, said she couldn't help overhearing me, and she too, had read LAD, and agreed with every word I said. I bought like--four copies, gave one to my son, kept one, and gave the other two to special people. You are...the best.
