Hmmm, I guess it boils down to whether you would prefer fixed or adjustable toe stops! I'm not sure if the plates on the Volts would allow you to switch to another type of toe stop. (I would lean towards the Boxers for this reason alone.) Whichever one you get though, it would probably be a good idea to invest in some nice bearings (Bones Reds are great for the price!). Good luck and I hope you find the skates of your dreams!

Ahhh I love the purple skates! Those are so awesome. I think they would look good with the silver laces. I haven't used those wheels yet, but they look really cool too. :) Let us know how they are when you get them!

lol, I was TERRIBLE when I first started, but being in fresh meat has helped a ton. I think most leagues are pretty good about teaching their noob skaters good skating skills and letting them practice at their own pace. ^^

btw, I think it's rad that you guys use the word rad and also that you have Princess Luna in your picture, Emma. haha.
