I'll never eat another power bar w/o laughing. That said I have a couple of questions: When you sit down to write a story do you know where the story is going ahead of time? Do you have a character (in any of your books) that you just ended up disliking?
Cheri recommended a couple of your books to me earlier this year and I've plowed thru them. The dialogue is great just the right amount or crazy crass attitude with a good mix of Lough out loud humor. It's rare a book makes me laugh but you're pretty consistent. I just started Party's Potent Potion and people are looking at me weird as I cackle. The only bad thing is I'll finish too fast.

Could you write something that starts with a X too?
Cheri wrote: "We'll see if I get a reply. If not, I'll approach an existing librarian and see if they can shed some light on the process. Been a librarian here for many years and would like to help out there, too."If you figure it out and don't mind passing along the info, I think it would be fun
Cheri wrote: "I've sent a message to BL asking how to become a librarian so I can make some of the needed changes."You can be a BL librarian? That's kind of cool
The "ads" I tend to see are all Amazon related when I add a new book to my lists. There may be others but I must bleep past them
I like booklikes and I'm sort of active there, but primarily I'm here. In part because they have a nifty app that I have on my phone that easily lets me add books to my "To Read" list. I think if groups similar to this one were avialable or I could figure out how to find them :-D I'd be a bit more active there. The other nice thing at BL is that giveaways are much easier to get there. Granted they are not some of the big name books but I've read a couple interesting ones... and hey... free.
Hey I'm cool with men reading lesfic. In factI think EVERYONE should read it. Then our awesone authors like Cari could write full time for a living and provide us with even more mayhem
OK another question, is it just me or does it feel weird that Jeffrey got shot, they keep referring to it and yet...Nada.
I can understand why Sara is not warm and fuzzy and frankly I can understand going forward why Lena might be a raving bitch...if she should be.
You know I had to go back and look, I guess it was during the morgue scene. Which at least gives it some context but I just got lost in the outburst/attitude and missed the rest
When I read it, the 1st comments made by Lena in reference to Sara was her referring to her as Jeffrey's girlfriend in a derogatory way. They way it was written made it feel like there was some history
I'm game for the next one. Jeffrey just made me hate him with that whole thought process of being hurt when he cheated on Sara and she didn't fight for their relationship. arggh...
