475 I rather like Emma! Yes, sometimes she might a little tiring with all her meddling and acting without thinking the consequence (like saying Harriet not to think about Robert Martin and especially the mean things she said during the picnic to Ms. Bates). But when Mr. Knightley talks she listens and she thinks and probably he is the only one that can make her feel that way when she's wrong (although she won't admit it). Well, she knows her social standing.

I believe that this novel has very interesting characters, such as Emma's father or Jane Fairfax. I really disliked Frank Churchill, because the he behaves to both Emma and Jane was not at all right. Knightley is one of my favourite male characters :)

475 I regret that I didn't go to see it in theatres in September when I visited London. But I'm excited that I'm finally going to watch it!

475 About 14-15 years old, I found Pride and Prejudice in the school library.

475 I'm currently reading Amanda Grange's diary and it is so interesting! I always imagined what it would be like to see the story through Wentworth's eyes, as well as the beginning of it! Anne and Frederick is one of the most romantic couples. Although the book at some times is really depressing that letter really makes everything up.

475 When Lizzie accidentally meets Darcy in Pemberley.. Such an awkward moment for both of them!

475 Well, that;s an easy one! Darcy would be the ideal husband, mostly because he has proven how devoted he should be in his wife! Wentworth is always a good choice though!

475 Well, this is a tough one... First of all, Pride and Prejudice was such a great film (2005) and a great mini series too (1995). Then Persuasion (2007 version), Emma (2009 and 1996) and Northanger Abbey (2007).

475 My least favourite is Mansfield Park
475 I enjoy both the Brontes and Austen, although I'd say that Austen is the top for me. I find that some of the Brontes' books are a bit tiring (I am talking about Emily and Anne), but each single book by Charlotte I've read is great. Jane Eyre is one of my favourite books.

475 Hello,

my name is Konstantina and I'm from Greece. I am 21 years old and I could say that Jane Austen is one of my favourite authors since I was 15. Since then, I have already read all of her novels several times and in many languages too. Naturally, I first read them in greek but reading the original text was something different (and exceptional). A couple of years ago in order to keep up with my spanish I read Pride and Prejudice in Spanish too. So I can't wait to talk to other people about those favourite works of hers.
