1. My favorite book changes all the time, but right now I'm quite fond of A Discovery of Witches by Deborah Harkness and the Vampire Academy books by Richelle Mead.
2. My least favorite books will always be the Anne of Green Gables series.
3. My favorite character from a book right now is Matthew Clairmont from A Discovery of Witches.
4. Charles Dickens and Kerrelyn Sparks are a few of my favorite authors.
5. I've never used an e-reader, nor do I have any intention of using one. I prefer to hold a real book, to flip pages and feel the heft while I'm reading it.

Hi everyone! How about a few questions to help us get to know each other better?
1. What is your favorite book?
2. What is your least favorite book?
3. Who is your favorite character from a book?
4. Who is/are your favorite author(s)?
5. Do you prefer reading actual paper books or using
an electronic reader?

Hi Maureen! Welcome to the group. Hm, that book sound interesting...I may have to check it out.

I've been enjoying the Justin de Quicy books by Sharon Kay Penman. They're medieval murder mysteries and they're really quite interesting. I started the Wicked Lovely series but I'm not too big into fairies so I'm going to shelve those for now. I read the first two books and really enjoyed them but was having trouble getting into the third book. I'll get back to Wicked Lovely.

I'll have to check that out. Never heard of it before.

How are you selling your books? I used to sell books on half.com years ago.

Feel free to share what you're reading in this topic! Would you recommend it to other herd memebers?

Thanks for sharing the link in this group, too!

I'm with you there, Hannah...I read sooo much as a kid because we didn't have a TV and I used to write book reports for fun. Life gets in the way of me reading as much as I would like to now, but I always have a book going.

Hi everyone! So what makes you a member of the nerd herd? Did anyone else read the dictionary for fun as a child?

Welcome to the group, Hannah! :)

Greetings! Have fun and nerd out!
