Barb’s comments from the Professional book reviewers group.

Should a public list be made of reviewers who go from place to place solicitng books to review but never submit reviews? I do not mean the ones who have emergencies etc and can not finish a review, of course! But there are those that seem to think it is a way to get free books only. A list would warn people who to avoid.
Opinions?

What do you think is a reasonable amount of time to have the reveiw done after receiving a book to review? Two weeks? Six weeks? One week?
