Hi Ayelet: Glad I clicked on the email from GR. Just uploaded your new book onto my Kindle and I'm looking forward to reading it. I have to admit I couldn't finish Daughter's Keeper. It hit too close to home at the time.
Couple quick things. I give Bad Mother as a shower/baby gift and I've gotten some puzzled looks. I think B.M. and "Operating Instructions" are the most honest parenting books ever written. They (the new parents) always thank me after they've read it. A few have said they gift it as well.
If this weren't a public forum I would share a "I always liked you best" story. We'll save that for a chance meeting at an airport.
My hubby of 27 years and I became empty nesters this year and it has paid off keeping our relationship the number one priority. I was a stay at home mom and our kids were my life but we knew that God willing we'd get to this point some day.
Several years ago you and Michael did a "lecture" in Pittsburgh where you interviewed each other. It was great. Have you considered doing an Off Broadway show in that format. I'd see it again.
