Can we get book of the month started. Does anyone else like to see anything start up again besides me?"

Hey Elsa. It seems that life is has been a distraction for many of us. I will try to get something going again. I love the group chats and it is sad that we haven’t been active here.

I love Stephanie Plum and Mercy. Both of those series are comfort reads for me. They suck you in and you feel like you are actual friends with both.

There is no one quite like Dresden. He is just one of a kind. I have read that series twice and could probably read it again.

51477 I understand that many of us are tired of hearing/talking about the elephant in the room. It seems that is all that is being talked about. However, I also understand that everyone has their own distinct situation and wanted to start a thread where you could come just to get reassurance or feel close to someone in these crazy times. Feel free to talk about whatever is troubling you.

I tried reading The Institute but I couldn't get into it. Maybe I didn't give it enough time. Is it a slow starter Laura?

51477 It is sad for me to say but one of my favorite authors Andrew E. Kaufman is not doing very well. He is in ICU and not able to breath on his own. If we could get some prayers and positive vibes to him I am hoping it will help.
