I don't know if this counts as it's history/fantasy but I love this book. It has everything I love in a book. Great characters, amazing writing, hilarious dialogue, and interesting world.

Me too and I hated to disappoint my reading partner who recommended it to me for the I pick You Pick challenge.

51477 I am nominating Flawed (Flawed, #1) by Cecelia Ahern and Everland by Wendy Spinale . Both of these books look really good.

I was sad The Serpent King wasn't chosen for May because I just read it and it was amazing. I highly recommend it.

51477 I am doing very well in this challenge. I really need to make some head way on the Bad Ass Heroines challenge as I haven't read one book.

Litcube isn't just YA. If I am remembering right. I had to do some shopping around to find the perfect box. So many of the amazing ones where in the UK and Australia and the shipping cost as much as the box.

I got it in my first Owlcrate which is monthly YA subscription box from Canada. You get a book and 4 bookish items. There are others like YA Chronicles box from Australia, UpperCaseBox which is in the US, and Illumicrate from the UK.

While I am very happy you liked it. It's happened to me rating books on kindle. For some reason whenever I try to rate it 4 it almost always rates it 3.

I didn't know Marchetta was from Australia, I can use her for Authors around the World challenge. I love it when a book can be used for multiple challenges. I have already went and bought books 2 and 3. This series is going to be a favorite.

51477 Can the author be a singer, songwriter or artist? or does the book have to be about it?
