52537 Chasing the Dime by Michael Connelly. It is nice, but not as good as his usual books.

52537 I am currently re-reading the Harry Potter series. I just love those books (as can be seen from the state of them).

52537 I have just finished The Talented Mr. Ripley by Patricia Highsmith. It was a nice read, not what I expected at all.

52537 Criminal - Karen Slaughter
It hasn't grabbed me yet, but I'm sure it will soon.

52537 Aspergirls by Rudy Simone. Very recogniseable and I've read it in one day. I think I'll give it to my parents to read and ask what they think.

52537 I am re-reading the Harry Potter series again. I love them to death and read them at least once every year!

52537 I have just finished reading another three Michael Connelly novels. I quite like them, as they are all about the same man, Harry Bosch. I don't read the books in the sequence they have been published, simply because I don't have all of them. In some books Harry is still a detective working homocide, in others he had retired and is a private investigator. You can read the books seperately, but after having read a few of them I like how a lot of the information ties in with earlier books.
Another thing I like it how the books reflect the time they are written in. At first, mobiles are still a novelty, in later books everyone has one. Harry is not that into electronics, so he needs help with computers a lot of the time, but he learns fast. In the last book I read he came across a MacBook, which at first he didn't know how to work with. :P
Harry is a (mostly) good man, goes against the grain, has very dark horrors in his past and is a fascinating character!

52537 I finally got around to reading The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. It is so funny!

52537 I loved this book. I got it for Christmas and read it in two days. I think I will let my mum borrow in from me (well, I'm going to force it on her). I really love Jack, he is so innocent and doesn't see the horrors of Room. The only thing about Room he dislikes is Old Nick, but apart from that, everyhing is just perfect to him. Well, except of green beans of course!

52537 Hello! I'm Leonie and although I absolutely love reading, I hardly have time for it during term. For pleasure reading that is, I normally read a lot of assigned books. Most of the time they are works of literature, so they can be quite could reads. This term will probably be a bit different, as I'm doing an elective which doesn't require reading a lot of literature. I will try to read the 'book of the month', but I'm afraid I will fail miserably! ;)
