We are ever so grateful to Janine and GailW for offering to lead these for us! Thank you so much!
My library hold became available at the right time for me to read this one with the group. Yay! I enjoyed all three POVs and liked hearing how each of these three strong women triumphed over their particular circumstances. I especially appreciated Violet's (view spoiler)
We are looking for a couple of member volunteers to lead our November monthly challenges. They are:
Fur, Fins & Feathers (open ended)
Curious Companions (prompt-based)
We have offers to lead from one member who is already leading a quarterly, as well as one of our moderators, who will be busy behind the scenes getting us ready for 2026. We would prefer not to give either of them double duty, so if you have the time and interest, please send a message.
New leaders are welcome. If you have not led one of our challenges before, you can learn more about what's expected of a challenge leader in the second comment of this thread.

Carolyn, the last time someone had played a book that ended in T (where your answer would have fit) was on Oct. 1. E responded to that with The Trees.
There are no other books ending in T recently. Are you saying that the Goodreads discussion boards are 7 days out of sync?
