One thing I find sad about society today is that a writer who wants to write for the simple joy of it cant ever post it in any public format for fear of someone stealing the story and making a profit off of it. I know that back in the day of the old science fiction magazines those guys made very little money. I had an idea to make a forum with short stories and such from up and coming or struggling writer to post stories on just to get seen but ultimately it wouldn't work for those fears.
