So after much inner monologue I decided I would still like to go with A Game if Thrones by George R. R. Martin. And Denise I know you said you wouldn't be able to make the next meeting so I won't be offended if you want to wait to read the book :)

I'm up for anything, but what's the name of the book?

Is our first meeting on Feb 5th? I was trying to find the date on the page but alas I was unsuccessful.

I haven't read it either
