60919 I heard that there would be a wait but I also heard that she was planning to write some short stories from Bran's and possibly Sam's POVs. This thrills me to no end.

60919 Yes! I didn't see that coming at all but it makes me so excited for next book. The wait...Argh.

60919 I've only read one of her science fiction books but Curse of Chalion is one of my favorite fantasy books ever. Oh, hey! Adding to my anticipated 2012 reads is the sequel to Angelfall..summer 2012. (Angelfall is only .99. It's YA but doesn't read like one.)

60919 I second Joely's recommendation for Master of Crows!! Note-I have a Nook and it's not available at BN. Bought from Smashwords.

60919 I find the more I LOVE a series, the more likely I am to have that problem. I like AO and Mercy pretty equally, possibly because they're set in the same world. For me, it's Lois McMaster Bujold. LOVED the Chalion series. Have trouble sinking into the Sharing Knife books. I like them and she's such an amazing author but it's not the same.

60919 I'm so happy I saw this. We watched the first two episodes and were kind of on the fence about it. We'll have to stick with it.
