Does anyone have any good book recommendations on Edward I/Longshanks? Or Edward II and Isabella of France? Fiction or non-fiction are both ok :) thanks!
Oh no! I probably should have mentioned that alot of her books are more story than fact. I'm sorry you didnt like it :(
I agree, I would like to see more movies about Henry VIII's other wives. Maybe a movie about all 6. The Other Boleyn girl was a HUGE disappointment for me. I didn't like the cheesy accents, and the movie just wasn't written well in my opinion, not enough detail for me. I would also like to see a movie about Charles II of England's reign. Maybe something along the lines of Dark Angels by Karleen Koen.
I think she might be my favorite author at the moment. I've read 3 of her books, Courtesan, The Queen's Mistake and The Queen's Rival and they were all very good! I've got 2 more of her books in the mail :)
Have any of you read any of Diane Haeger's books? I just finished reading The Queen's Rival and it was SO GOOD! I couldn't put it down!
