What do you think about this narrative? Is it necessary to write three volumes? What single-volume accounts of the Civil War are just as, if not more than, educational? Thoughts?

I love the tudor era. Alison Weir, in my opinion, is the foremost scholar on the Tudors. I have read several of her books (all non-fiction) but I know she has at least 1 novel.

I think Forrest Gump can be added to the historical fiction genre. It definitely contains historical events (Vietnam War and University of Alabama football) and is a fictional story. Plus, it was a great movie!
