i publish on a website called lulu.com it collects royalties only based on if you sell your book. and people can purchase it via e-book as well... SAVE A TREE!!

I get my writers blocks, not when I am writing the story, but when I am trying to write into the story, i.e. the intro to the book,.... i have no problem with the meat, characters, or climax, just getting into the book, and getting myself intrigued. I always start a book, and then write begining last....
