My favorite character of this book is Miss Maudie Atkinson.Miss Maudie represents such a big role in this book because she embodies the main woman figure. The fact that she shares the same passion for justice as Atticus makes her stand out from the other women in town. She has been the children’s best friend throughout the book, and she has always been trying to look after them as if they were her own.

In my opinion the title of this book is appropriate. To me the title "To Kill a Mockingbird" signifies the destruction of an innocent being and in this book Arthur "Boo" Radley,Tom Robinson,Jem,and Scout are the innocent mockingbirds being destroyed by the town.
