I'm currently reading They Were Counted by Miklos Banffy, the first of a trilogy about a couple of cousins during the last years of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. So far I'm really enjoying it. Also, the Grantchester mysteries by James Runcie.

I have a variety of favorites. I mean, Breakfast at Tiffany's and Rear Window are among my favorite classics. I adore the Lord of the Rings trilogy for its philosophical moments (and cinematography and music). One of my lesser known favorites is South Solitary, and some of my current favorites at the moment include The Gift and Warrior (because the bae Joel Edgerton is in them both - and even directed and wrote The Gift and I think more people need to love and appreciate him).
