ya it was a little slow in the begining but it did get better in the ending chapters

I thought the book overall is a average book. But it is a book i would read once or twice more before I get board of it. The things that could be better in the book is more action because even though it's about being in a P.O.W. camp it needs more action. The things that were good were that it was very factual so I learned alot.

i wonder if the book will get better

no it's not the story is about life as P.O.W.

I think Mimi has a big part in the story because she keeps howard safe from the SS from earlier in the book
