66161 To love is to put in circulation that energy that is within us, do not hold it, make it grow in unconditional surrender.
Who holds lose the value of love and it dies.

But the theme of dying before the transformation is also in the parable of the sower, as well as our deep attention to making grown our inclinations are present in the parable of the talents in the Gospel.

But there are different forms of love:

Well change and action

Love for Each Other

When Judas was gone [from the Last Supper], Jesus said, "Now the Son of Man glorified,
and God is glorified in HIM. If God is glorified in HIM, God will glorify
Parts and will glorify HIM ITS immediately.

Children, I am with you Shortly. I give you a new Commandment: love one's
others. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.

By this all men will know That you are my disciples, if ye have love for one another. "

Jn 13:31-33rd. 34-35

Hymn to Love Paul of Tarsus

"If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love (agape), I am a sounding brass or a clanging cymbal. And if I have the gift of prophecy and Understand all mysteries, and though I have all the knowledge and faith I Also HAD to move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. And if I bestow all my Offered Substances and my body to be burned, but have not love, I gain nothing. Love is patient, love is kind, not envy, Love does not boast, not proud, not ashamed, not Asking Themselves, does not hurry, does not take account of the injury received, does not enjoy the 'injustice but rejoices with the truth , Defends everything, always trusts, always Hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. "

(1 Corinthians 13: 1-8)

Loving others through action

A holy man was a day to converse with God and
asked, "Lord, I'd like to know how Paradise
and Hell '

God led the holy man to two doors.
He opened one and allowed Him to look inside.
There was a huge round table.
At the center of the table was a large container
containing the food smelled delicious.
The holy man Heard your mouth water.
The people sitting around the table Were Thin,
looking pale and sick.
They Were hungry all the air.
The handles of the spoons Were long, attached to
Their arms.
Everyone Could reach the plate of food and collect
bit ', but Because The handle of the spoon was longer? than the
Their arm Could not pull the food to the mouth.

The holy man shuddered at the sight of Their misery and
Their suffering.
God said, "You've just seen Hell."

God and man headed the second goal. God
opened.
That the man saw the scene was identical to the previous year.
There was the large round table, the container That HAD
watering.
People around the table Also Had the spoons
with long handles.
This time, However, Were well fed, happy and talking
Between Them, smiling.

The holy man said to God: "I do not Understand!"

It 's simple, - said God - they have learned That the
handle of the spoon too long, not if you feed
examination .... but allows you to nurture a close.
So They Learned to Eat With Each Other
Those of the table, However, That They do not think
examination ...

Heaven and Hell are identical in structure ...
The difference is we carry within U.S.!

"On earth there is enough to meet the needs of
Satisfy all but not to the greed of a Few.
Our thoughts, However They may be good, are
fake pearls Until They Are Transformed into action.
Be the change you want to see in the world. "

Mahatma Gandhi.

We know how to love?
66161 Listening the silence

“In silence, we are his words”
Our first step is research,
and then remain alert and focused, listening,
do not know the direction:
It ‘a fork that does not scare
because despite the change
immutable is the color and essence
of one minute, an hour or a day
lived in the certainty, with Love.

Everything is as it should be
always written and recorded,
like leaves falling from the branches,
Spring before his return:
soft garland of hearts
that besides this silence
in vibrant dance of Hope
know how to communicate
and no matter where or when
but everyone is capable of loving.

66161 The Dhammapada Chapter XXIV. Thirst

334. The thirst of a thoughtless man grows like a creeper; he runs from life to life, like a monkey seeking fruit in the forest.

335. Whomsoever this fierce thirst overcomes, full of poison, in this world, his sufferings increase like the abounding Birana grass.

336. He who overcomes this fierce thirst, difficult to be conquered in this world, sufferings fall off from him, like water-drops from a lotus leaf.

337. This salutary word I tell you, `Do ye, as many as are hereassembled, dig up the root of thirst, as he who wants the sweet-scented Usira root must dig up the Birana grass, that Mara (the tempter) may not crush you again and again, as the stream crushes the reeds.’

338. As a tree, even though it has been cut down, is firm so long as its root is safe, and grows again, thus, unless the feeders of thirst are destroyed, the pain (of life) will return again and again.

339. He whose thirst running towards pleasure is exceeding strong in the thirty-six channels, the waves will carry away that misguided man, viz. his desires which are set on passion.

340. The channels run everywhere, the creeper (of passion) standssprouting; if you see the creeper springing up, cut its root by means of knowledge.

341. A creature’s pleasures are extravagant and luxurious; sunk in lust and looking for pleasure, men undergo (again and again) birth and decay.

342. Men, driven on by thirst, run about like a snared hare; held in fetters and bonds, they undergo pain for a long time, again and again.

343. Men, driven on by thirst, run about like a snared hare;let therefore the mendicant drive out thirst, by striving afterpassionlessness for himself.

344. He who having got rid of the forest (of lust) (i.e. after having reached Nirvana) gives himself over to forest-life (i.e. to lust), and who, when removed from the forest (i.e. from lust), runs to the forest (i.e. to lust), look at that man! though free, he runs into bondage.

345. Wise people do not call that a strong fetter which is made of iron, wood, or hemp; far stronger is the care for precious stones and rings, for sons and a wife.

346. That fetter wise people call strong which drags down, yields, but is difficult to undo; after having cut this at last, people leave the world, free from cares, and leaving desires and pleasures behind.

347. Those who are slaves to passions, run down with the stream (of desires), as a spider runs down the web which he has made himself; when they have cut this, at last, wise people leave the world free from cares, leaving all affection behind.

348. Give up what is before, give up what is behind, give up what is in the middle, when thou goest to the other shore of existence; if thy mind is altogether free, thou wilt not again enter into birth and decay.

349. If a man is tossed about by doubts, full of strong passions, and yearning only for what is delightful, his thirst will grow more and more, and he will indeed make his fetters strong.

350. If a man delights in quieting doubts, and, always reflecting, dwells on what is not delightful (the impurity of the body, &c.), he certainly will remove, nay, he will cut the fetter of Mara.

351. He who has reached the consummation, who does not tremble, who is without th rst and without sin, he has broken all the thorns of life: this will be his last body.

352. He who is without thirst and without affection, who understands the words and their interpretation, who knows the order of letters (those which are before and which are after), he has received his last body, he is called the great sage, the great man.

353. `I have conquered all, I know all, in all conditions of life I am free from taint; I have left all, and through the destruction of thirst I am free; having learnt myself, whom shall I teach?’

354. The gift of the law exceeds all gifts; the sweetness of the law exceeds all sweetness; the delight in the law exceeds all delights; the extinction of thirst overcomes all pain.

355. Pleasures destroy the foolish, if they look not for the other shore; the foolish by his thirst for pleasures destroys himself, as if he were his own enemy.

356. The fields are damaged by weeds, mankind is damaged by passion: therefore a gift bestowed on the passionless brings great reward.

357. The fields are damaged by weeds, mankind is damaged by hatred: therefore a gift bestowed on those who do not hate brings great reward.

358. The fields are damaged by weeds, mankind is damaged by vanity: therefore a gift bestowed on those who are free from vanity brings great reward.

359. The fields are damaged by weeds, mankind is damaged by lust:therefore a gift bestowed on those who are free from lust brings great reward.
66161 "Neither Will They Say, 'Look, here!' or, 'Look, there!' for behold, the Kingdom of God is Within You. "

Luke 17:21

In us, not outside, because our results and the resonance, the fruit of our intentions, our thoughts, our actions.

We choose which way to go and collect the fruit of our journey.

Prayer is a search and inner listening - inner dialogue - not a repeat words imposed by others but open your heart and express what is inside.

Thanks Stephen.
66161 I can feel when a " moment" is important to give message of sense in path.
66161 Thank you very much Stephen, really fascinating, I consider this as synchronicity, I found many times in my experience these things and I smile often and keeping this moving energy boundless.

66161 Thank you very much Stephen,
I already knew this storria indicating the value of certain feelings
and our attention.
Definitely have an open heart to loving is important but more important is to recognize our responsibility in our intentions, thoughts and actions, in fact everything is like a stone thrown into a lake and produces concentric circles that we can not stop . And 'possible to change the effects if we find the cause of our malaise and correct our actions. We only can this.

66161 Stephen wrote: "Well put and an apt reminder, Daniela, that what we make we can't take! For all of our toiling and struggling and striving to achieve, all of that is valueless against what is in our inner being."

Thanks Stephen, you answer to one of my old inner question.
There are people who say they can cancel the karma of others, to purify the path, but although I can appreciate the wisdom of a Master, I am convinced that no one is able to remove the stones from our path, they are necessary to learn the lessons we learn in different ways.
Our life is always special, but in some circumstances you can open doors that we introduce in the space that is the meaning of our lives, the lesson to be applied to correct some attitudes and put in place the pieces of the puzzle that allows us composing our history. At that moment we feel within us to live out of time, of being touched by a Presence accompanying us.

66161 From ego to universal love

Transformation process.

"The truth was a mirror that fell from the sky broke.
Each took a piece and seeing it reflected in his own image,
believed to possess the whole truth.

"(Mevlana Rumi, sixteenth century)

This phrase emphasizes the fragmentary nature with which we perceive ourselves and the world, although convinced to come into contact with something whole and complete. We forget that the appearances, the constraints and expectations distance us from our true nature, when in fact we should learn that nothing has an absolute value, and you need to open up to others to reconcile what we are and who they are, without turning in a claim separate truth and this is only possible through comparison and sharing.
When, with our effort, we attempt to reconstruct the mirror, we understand to be driven by the need to protect ourselves at the expense of others and we can then begin to live a conscious life.
Often we feel affection for anything that can represent us and we fear the judgment of others, without realizing that we are the first to judge, as we are conditioned to perceive as negative in others, but is instead a reflection of ourselves and our small ego . But as we invest to change our attitudes? We are aware of being the cause of our projections and reactions?
We do not know do not stop and we pay attention to what happens in us so we can fix. Caught as we are to invest energy to search for what we lack and that then it does not satisfy, we are blind to the potential within us and to care for that look like seeds and germinating, seeds that are often: fear, pride , anger, attachment, and revenge, but could be: awareness, trust, peace and love.
We do not understand that is worth very little strenuous defense of the deceptive things which do not last and that we are subject to the law of impermanence, what truth therefore remains to be defended if we remain attached to the personality and pride useless? A change could occur if we were able to focus our efforts to clear the banks of that little "I" putting ourselves in a position to supply the heart.
The Heart has always been important as a container of energy producing and openness towards others. It is not separated from the conscious mind and above all the willingness to express uniqueness. There is a deluded mind and distracted, with its delusions, attachments, and having to lead to misperceptions. In Dhyana school, Bodhidharma said that you can not find out the truth from themselves and regarded the mind-heart as the light of awakened consciousness that is "not originated" and "formless".
Thus we find in ourselves the opportunity to be, we discover the path to take and knowing how to live from moment to moment, the wealth that is already within us and around us and, immersed in it, we become capable of giving it to other people ahead.
Rumi, author of thought that leads us to these reflections, was born in that path which is known as the "way of the heart" or "way of purity", within the Sufism. It is a mystic and ascetic path that seeks the understanding of love and truth.Regardless of our journey, we are called to mature love and truth. A truth not to grasp as unique and separate, but to be reassembled with care, allowing ourselves to give to others what we are and accepting that shard of mirror / other heart that we can offer.
Whether you believe or that you keep a distance from a religious journey, being aware of our responsibility for the pain or expulsion from the unit or bond between man and God, is in our power, as well as the to follow a path that makes us actors and capable of processing, which happens if our instincts, or lower self, we are capable of taking the road that leads to the ability to transform into love.
For Buddhism, that is not asked questions about the divine presence, but seeks to transform pain through conscious effort free from victimization, the inner journey takes shape in their own actions in the right way.
It 's necessary to arouse our attention and our energy to gather all those lessons that can help us improve. Is of particular importance to the practice of meditation and a path that nourishes the ability to listen consciously to be present to ourselves, to learn to let go of judgment, attachment, expectations and all causes of ignorance and pain. It 'important to our effort to our conscious breathing, being able to present the "here and now" and, because the past is not ours and we know nothing of the future, what good is anchored to keep these unnecessary weight? And 'now, at this very moment, we can breathe and pay attention, and while we do let go of tension and attachments to find joy and confidence.
Deep Listening is the medium that allows us to dissolve our illusions and unmask the deceptions of the mind is a tool that leads to the transformation that makes us open wings towards true life.
When we offer ourselves the inner peace, after dropping the expectations and understand our defense mechanisms, silencing the mind distracted to listen to the Awakened Heart, we will be able to open our arms to others, just to find out hiding for fear that the wealth.
When we love, we must dissolve all expectations and feel that what we offer is just for the joy of it, knowing how to lead toward a path of kindness, equanimity and compassion for others, without distinction and without creating divisions, because we are all petals of the same flower. It is not easy to love with nothing to expect, but love is not a bargaining chip. Being able to dissolve all duality and difference is to bring our water to another river to make a just, we should not try attachment and identification with an "I" or "mine", but to be unity by the compassion that is the Bodhisattva. We can learn to inter-be with equanimity, knocking down all the walls that prevented us from entering the light of understanding in us.
When this happens, we realize that we have entered a different dimension marked by kindness, warmth and ability to feel compassion are part of ourselves. We feel within us the transformation that leads to universal love. This is not tied to religion or set of principles, but on direct experience living with constancy.
Do not cease to believe in the Mind-Heart, to live and to explore ways to achieve it, of being and breathing ... what is in us. Let us not be paralyzed by fear because it takes courage to walk. Wants us to love the feeling of being alive and free from all expectations.
We are the architects of our present to flourish in the future joy.

A good way

66161 Thank you Stephen
for this great opportunity for dialogue and exchange.
Love is only the final result, what emerges as the cause
of our journey. One day leave in a corner
all the shirts, our totems that give us identify
and safety, the magic bracelet, to understand that all magic
is not outside us but ourselves.
Today we are not able to blow the fog of illusion
but one day we will be able to smile at our smallness
and fly beyond the ego and fear.

On the memory

Steps and flights of fancy
to tell the stars
and a moon that caresses
the night and dreams

Colours of soul
to bring a smile
beyond distances
to embrace the world
scale and be love

Everything goes
and nothing remains
while the voice search
in memory

Reflections and images
impermanent as a foil
of dust in the sun

Past
present
or future
no matter
in the weight of being

Let me be
I am silent and

66161 Thanks Stephen,
greet our path with an attitude by explorers in search of signs that accompany us, and then take the right turning point, is to be protagonists of the journey to understand that everyone has a wonderful history and personal, unique and unrepeatable and nobody can to give the rules because every experience of suffering, loss and rebirth is the plot to understand the same things the hard way that the rules impose religions: do not learn lessons from the theory but only with a very intense practice and sewn on ourselves like a glove.
The only good instrument or attitude is love.

This is how the construct of religion works, ..."

Thanks Stephen,
I believe that many people have an experience similar to Barbara, our roots and our model are based on examples and lifestyle that revolves around a religious representative, priest or pastor who represents Christ.
But it is important to understand the difference between religion, an institution that organizes the community and also holds power in the interpretation of the texts of the Bible or the Gospel (only recently have been made possible by the private reading and women has been acknowledged as a time denied) and what is a spiritual journey, a concern towards the Self, which enables us to understand what we are looking for and how to flourish our consciousness. Our personal history, the achievements are a small step that allows us to mature, but often are not helped in this, not through religious institutions that often do not allow a real dalogo that accompany us to experience the unconditional love, but focuses on all concepts such as "Good" and "Evil", as the judgment and punishment that are dualistic and that they express feelings of fear and not tune in on accordanze Reception of Compassion and of ourselves and others as bearers of Light and Love.

66161 Words have the power to destroy
or heal. When you are true and kind,
can change the world.

Buddha

The words are not without value, they are manifestations of the mind,
Being and the vibration of the Heart.
We must be attentive to what we say, and that we express what we believe could change the reality.
Prayer is an expression of our deep connection with ourselves,
is an open door to the infinite, not just a cold call for protection or tremble with fear for the uncertainty of our present:
Prayer is the true collaboration becomes inner transformation to be a tool that allows you to be molded in the hands of God

In a way to frame an argument is necessary to use common references, partly due to the fact that there are fractures in the monotheistic religions.
But what is written in the Bible is also configured to the culture of the time, but we can gather the essence of messaggio.Non forget also that some things have been drafted in accordance with certain requirements which embrace the politics of the time. But if we try it the figure of Jesus is our Christ consciousness, even in the East we are present with a history of human-like that of Christ. We ourselves are carrying a light of which we forget its presence.

66161 The last century has created a rift between religion and science, if before everything was well received if it did not contradict the basic ideas of religion, when through the science has been trying to see from a different point of view, to give a chronological if you tried to explore everything, after all we are faced all'ntangibile to something that was slipping and that the matter was outside the ordinary criteria of "space - time" before known. In some cultures it is concervato an animist spirit, where Nature has full respect for and where you are aware of a matter and energy that pernea which is a spark of Light. With modern science and quantum physics there is some observations that are tied to the intentions of the mind that dell'osservante determna (through its own expectations) the outcome of the experiment, as it was observed that even if two particles remotely located can influence each other. Then Science and Spirituality can hug, touch the extremes to find out how you assomigino if we are open and unbiased. There are forms of attention to the energy that permettomo to channel it, as the disciplines of Reiki, where it interconnects with the Divine source. The laying on of hands has a different appearance, infatto using the energy of the therapist. Basically everything is energy and nothing dies but is transformed, everything is Love.

66161 There is an ancient form of prayer that has been lost in time, overcome by the rituals that are an automatic repetition of formulas and do not really touch the heart. These prayers are called Hesychasm:
"
The apostolic community, taking an Old Testament tradition, has put the outset, a very special attention to the name that has become the Son of God when it Incarnation: Jesus, which means Yahweh is salvation. Moreover, three texts highlight the worship of the early Church to the name of Jesus: Phil from 2.9 to 10; At 4.10 to 12; Jn 16.23 to 24.
However, the Prayer of the heart, rooted in the New Testament, is taken from a "current" of their ancient Eastern spirituality has been called hesychasm. The name comes from the greek hesychia which means calm, peace, tranquility, lack of concern. Hesychasm can be defined as a system essentially contemplative spiritual guidance that seeks perfection (deification) of man in union with God through constant prayer. "

A prayer that is to find the true essence of dialogue and deep listening that become open to collaboration and flow of energies that move to a sensitive person who prays beyond appearances and over the cold dogmatism.

There are studies that have shown that meditation and prayer are the means of bringing "presence and to help themselves and other people at a distance", are in fact cases of healings of people who had been the subject of prayer by strangers, while in the control group there was no prayer. But to think that just because this is a tool that prayer, you should discontinue important therapies such as those of diseases such as cancer or HIV status is comparable to want to expose themselves and other people in danger because "fatalism" is thought not to There is a danger. Such an approach is unrealistic and immature.
