This is an update on my oc Colombia.... Spain took her in instead of England but became her enemy after she became independant

Personality: Smart, trickster, sweet when you earn her trust, funny.
Appearance: emerald-green eyes, tan skin, gold-brown hair, trouble maker smile, glasses.
Background: She lived inside the walled city her whole life, never knowing that she was a country, due to a concussion. learning to barter at three, and worked in an emerald mine by four. However, her left eye was injured in an explosion, causing her perfect eyesight to fail. When England was touring the city, he recognized her as a country and took her in. He taught her about Hetalia and then she met Italy and they became great friends.
Likes: Emeralds, singing, a good deal, swords, are'pas.
Dislkes: People yelling at her, getting caught;).

Enemies: Belarus, Spain.
