70438 Since I made a pact to read War and Peace by Leo Tolstoy and haven't yet started it I am not sure if it will fit the theme or not. Surely there is a female protagonist in that big of a book!

70438 Stopped reading the book I had chosen; animal cruelty is not what I expected in a book described as a murder mystery. So I started "A Leaf on the Wind of All Hallows" by Diana Gabaldon. It is an Outlander novella so I should easily finish it.
