I have The Dark Hunters series on my tbr...I know several people who LOVE this series and I know it will be one that I love too!!
I have read the first three books in the League series by Kenyon and I LOOOOOVE those too!!!!
I have book 4 and need to get to it...
And Larissa Ione??? YESSS!!! fabulous books too!!!
I am reading Four Seconds to Lose by K.A. Tucker and The Iron Traitor by Julie Kagawa right now...

I have that nagging feeling about Marty too...

I felt really bad for Leila too! Her life was completely turned upside down... And she was having to figure out who killed Marty and who she could really trust...

Definitely cried for Marty... Really didn't want to see Leila back on the Carnie circuit...but like Andie mentioned, trouble seems to follow Leila everywhere she goes..
And Max??? Well,he is an ok guy...I definitely DO NOT want any romantic affairs with him and Leila..but if he is the bad guy..Grrr...He better watch out!!
I can't believe he is behind it, but I do believe he is being deceitful...

Yeah, but maybe it showed her being stronger walking away.
And she is very stubborn...But I think that is definitely something as a positive for her when it comes to being the girlfriend to Vlad.. :D

Well we are now on day 2 and going over Chapters 3/4/5

Well, Let me just say..WHOA!!! I was not expecting things to turn out this way!
First, I am glad Leila put her foot down and told Vlad what she wanted.
Second, I was so disappointed in Vlad. I really expected he would profess his feelings. But he held true to his word. Although I do believe he feels more for her than he is letting on.
Third, DANG!! Leila walked out and kept going. YOU GO GIRL!!!
Fourth, Back to the carnival... :(
I just think Leila is more valuable than working as a carnie...But, eager to see where it goes...

So, what did you think of Leila's assumption at the party? Did you assume the same thing? Do you agree with her reaction and how everything turned out afterwards?

I so do not want a love triangle... And I also do not like Maximus. He seems like such a creeper.
I also feel like Leila is clingy yet justified in wanting Vlad to be more forthcoming...

I absolutely LOVED all those moments too!! I was so happy to se Caia and Lucien truly together. The hardships they went through killed me. Seeing Rose get hers was deviously enjoying.

I love the overall joining of the different cultures.
