haha I love the way the story is going so far, I knew it would get exciting once Leila left Vlad but I was getting mad that she went back to the carnival circuit, since it was like taking a step backward for her, so I was (guiltily) happy when we saw that wasn't going to happen.

AND I can't tell if I trust Maximus or not. But I definitely do NOT support a love triangle at this point.

Excited for another awesome challenge!! Just signed myself up, I'm ready for some more Vlad ;)

Amy I LOVEDDD when Caia woke up in a panic because she thought Lucien was dead, and that moment when she heard his voice...omgoodness I was dying from how amazing her reaction was, so so good <3

OMGOD Kathy I completely agree, I was so freaking happy with Caia kicked FINALLY kicked Rose's ass. My two favorites moments though, were when Marion came BACK!! and when Jae and Ryder worked out there issues in the woods (such a cute scene!!!).

Finally finished and LOVE LOVE LOVED IT! P.s. my review has spoilers...I had so many comments I almost didn't realize I was talking about major events in the story!

I was shocked when I heard about Rueben, I kept trying to decide who was going to be the mole, but I really thought he was going to be in league with someone else...I'm really interested to see what's going to happen in the third book....and basically like everyone else, I LOVED Jae and Ryder in this book, maybe a little more than Caia and Lucien at times...but that moment when Lucien told Caia he loved her was PRETTY amazing, it reminded me that I did actually still like them lol <3

Awesome, definitely looking forward to this book, just started it today!

I loved how despite how they felt about how different Caia was, the pack still showed their loyalty, like when those boys were threatening her at school and Mal steps in to help her, even though he doesn't like her, the scenes like that were awesome moments...I know it's probably the same in many other wolf-type stories, but I like seeing the interaction and how it integrated with the storyline...definitely added to the really critical scenes!

I loved Jaeden and Ryder as well...although I'm not sure what Jaeden I actually like (since one was the "fake" Jaeden...I kinda liked her!) but I guess I'll find out in the next book, if it's true 'fandom' or not....I think Ryder is so entertaining and I love his loyalty to Lucien...I also really loved Seb, I thought he was so entertaining, and I definitely mourned with them when he died...

at the reception when Lucien and Caia had that heated moment outside and Caia exploded all the plumbing....lol I LOVED that, so cute <3

I agree Sheri, I got so FRUSTRATED at Caia! I almost felt the need to defend Lucien myself...(sometimes I forget myself and think I have a say in the matter!)

The instance where he forgot to tell her they were betrothed until after they "accidentally" mated, that was a GIGANTIC mistake for Lucien. Although I thought Caia was a little harsh in her decisions after that.

Well, I'm never really that great at reviews, so this is basically my reaction to the book...and I think it might have mild spoilers...but yea, it was ABSOLUTELY fantastic. <3

YES! Just finished this and absolutely LOVED it. I also read the extras (Aiden's POV), which were a perfect touch!!!! <3

same!, more developments with Vlad and Leila's in terms of their relationship...including the aspect of her "power"...I'd love to see where Jeaniene will go with that...

I have to agree with you Shelley....my favorite adult reads of the year is definitely the 50 Shades trilogy, I still think about those books.....my favorite YA read so far was probably either Tiger's Voyage by Colleen Houck or Until I Die by Amy Plum!!!!!!!!!
