Elizabeth’s comments from the The Steampunk, Cyberpunk, and Other Fictitious and Non-Fictitious Works Group group.

I'm regards to the steampunk vacation comment there is actually a steampunk themed cruise now.

My understanding of steampunk is that is covers several different genres. you have Victoria and Edwardian set periods, Wild West period, and Neo Victoria modern day that could also be mixed on with a little bit of post apocalyptic cyber punk.

Outfits rang from full gowns with bustles and top hats to dusters, googles and face masks. and technology that is steam powered or doesn't belong in the time periods the stories take place.

Just my opinion.

Not sure if Rococo falls into this category. It's seems like brightly coloured Steampunk to me :D
