74199 Can't say as to everyone but I'm doing great! School has begun and summer session is a pain. My reading time has also gone down drastically. That sucks majorly. Meh. School.

74199 YA novels are great! I feel a bit strange at times reading them but some of the series I read I started when I was little and they've kept going and obviously I have to finish them. I read Insurgent a while back on the recommendation of some girl at B&N. It was pretty good. Kinda short but I tend to like my books on the long side.

74199 HI NEW PEOPLE!!! It's really exciting to see some new faces in the group and all! First Leah! Hey! Job hunting sucks. I'm looking for one but hey! I'm sure we'll both find one! I wish to travel too!!! Maybe Europe although I kind of one to visit the Sahara and trek through there.

Iffy! Hey! Loving books is great! Books are fantabulous!!! Hehehe I tried drumming but the hands and feet all moving at the same time confused me. And as to how the group works? I dunno. Talk about stuff. Books! Music! Funny stuff! Whatever. Anyways welcome to everybody!

74199 Nothing wrong with Swift. Classical is fantastic. Demi Lovato. . .hmm. Never actually listened to her. I'll give it a try.

74199 Alright! Here's my attempt at helping to revitalize our beloved Weird Box! Manga! I love it!!!(No matter how you pronounce it) It's awesome! My favorites include Ao no Exorcist, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya in all it's many forms and spin-offs, Ubel Blatt, and Bleach(yes Bleach is very mainstream but whatever). Manga as an art? It's definitely an art, I know I couldn't draw or write as well as the dudes who do it. Anyways, Responses!!! Let's get some chatter going guys!

74199 I've met enough real musicians to know that I can't really call myself one. I can play several instruments, rather well, but I don't match up to the pros.
As for the music that I like? Well I love music that's in a language I can't understand. For some unknown reason it strikes a chord somewhere inside me. Usually Kpop will do it for me. Music in English? That'd be anything from Van Halen to songs that have been nightcored. Music is such a huge part of my life! It's always there for me, and it never leaves me!!! Well except when I lose my headphones then it's off to buy some new ones! But for serious times when life is getting to me music without words music I can lose myself in is best. Classical rocks!!!
Favorite artists? Kanon Wakeshima, Shiny Toy Guns, Yiruma, Space Cowboy, Fireflight, Van Halen, Hollywood Undead, and best of all. . .
my Pandora stations!!!! They know me so well!

74199 Hello!! I'm Manfred from Norco, California. I'm 16 and I attend RCC in my free time when not reading, listening to awesome music, playing video games or running(in that order). I love reading all kinds of books though I do tend to stay in the Fantasy, Sci-fi area.
My tendency to drop everything and tune out when I start reading hasn't made me the most popular person around campus, but the friends I do have are amazing(though they still think I'm nuts for reading as much as I do).
When things get bad in life, as they tend to do, I usually grab a book and push everything outside of my little bubble of temporary bliss. This however only works until I finish the book, which tends to be pretty fast, so I'm always on the lookout for a new author or series that'll keep me occupied.
