I'm curious - and you can open a separate thread for this. Is there someone you know that doesn't count audio books as reading? I saw this on Twitter and I thought...why would it NOT count?

Music tends to relax your mind and allows you to concentrate - that's why classical music is always recommended when you are studying or doing school work. When conversations are happening near you, your ears kind of perk up at the sound because there's genuine words being exchanged. It's annoying especially when you're trying to read/study. Why do you think the library has to be quiet? Lol.

I listen to it often when I'm working as well. It was great for when you were doing school work.
Depends on the noise. Classical music helps me concentrate more. Other than that, most of the time I want peace and quiet.

I also got confused by Bella's hesitance to get married at first. I'm like, wait? You're begging Edward to change you into a vampire but you're hesitant about marriage? It's been a while since I read it, but that's one of the things I remember.
I've read the first book and half of the second book. I don't care for the series, but that's honestly just me. I didn't like Bella and Edward gave me the creeps. But that's just me, lol.
I only read the first book. It was pretty good but I couldn't finish the second...just didn't keep my interest.

My dad uses a dollar bill..."You and me both. I have dog eared my books constantly. I keep my bookmarks in one spot in my apartment and sometimes I grab a book and leave for work and have no bookmarks. I won't do it other people's books, and I don't particularly mind if they do it with mine.
I adored Perks of Being a Wallflower. Gah, the book is just as heartfelt as the movie.I really liked The Woman in the Window - it's thriller/mystery, but I really enjoyed the suspense of it.
I also enjoyed a book called 180 Seconds. Talk about heartbreakingly beautiful.
Maybe when you read it you'll understand it better. Cause, it feels like King tries to bring witchcraft into the mix, but focuses on possession? So which is it? is the car cursed or possessed?
I read this book a while back. I'm not into cars so some of the stuff about cars kind of goes over my head. But it's basically about a car with some sort of posession and finds its way to take over the mind of Arney, a nerdy boy who's constantly picked on. The car kind of slowly changes him...and not for the better.
I've read three stories by him: Pet Semetary, Christine, and Secret Window.I couldn't finish Misery lol.
