Ummm this is a very difficult question. I love Marvel movies as well as few of DC ones, and I like book to movie adaptations of classics. However, My Neighbour Totoro calms me whenever I am anxious, so Totoro steals the show i guess

I won't call them worst per se, but the two books that pushed me to the edge and made reading every paragraph painful include Of Human Bondage by Somerset Maugham, and Brideshead Revisited by Evelyn Waugh. Ugh
