I look forward to readying your book eventually, but I shall have to wait until it's available elsewhere. I've had the ~worst~ experiences the few times I've shopped @ amazon.ca :(. I've also just now checked that site and it's not listed. For some reason (known only to the angels) Amazon.com will only sell to Canada through the ".ca" site. Fairly shortsighted marketing on their part.
