The book that I have been reading is " Moby Dick". I am on page something out of 698. I do know that I am close to being about halfway through the book finally. So that bet that I made with everyone is pretty much done for, and of course, I'm not buying anyone lunch! Anyway, three things that I've learned from this book is 1) Never let your prejudgment of someone be your final judgment on the person they are before getting to know them. 2) Always be open to new friendships. 3) Sometimes going on an adventure means not knowing your future. Moby Dick really hasn't had a major impact on me but I actually do enjoy reading this book more than I did at the beginning of the year. By the way, I do hope to finish Moby Dick by my dad's birthday which is Jan. 24th.

Actually I can make a text to self connection and text to world connection because I'm slightly suspect of prejudging people and making stereotypes in my mind but I do get to know people before I make a final judgement about them.

The book I'm still reading obviously is called Moby Dick by Herman Milville. I'm on page 87 out of 658 or so. They're not really any major or minor conflicts in my book as of yet. It's a lot of little conflicts that the narrator (Ishmael) talks about. The only conflict I can think of right now is the problem of Ishmael not feeling safe around Queenpeug; the cannibal he has to be roommates with in the beginning.

That was movie was good.
The book I'm reading is called "Moby Dick". I'm on the 55 out of ~650 pages of the book. This book is about a man who meets a whaler who wants revenge on a whale that took his leg during an expidition. It's a pretty good book. He relates alot of things happening to him to historic times so it could get confusing if you dont pay attention. There's only one main chararcter as of now and i wish I could remember his name.
