78713 Ponyboy decided to fight for many reasons. For example he wanted to show everyone that he's not afraid of anything even if it means losing during the rumble. Another example is he wanted to do it for johnny.

Ponyboy had a right to fight for many reasons. For example he wanted to be loyal to his gang and fight in the rumble. Another example is the socs and the greasers were the whole reasons for this rumble because of the night johnny stabbed bob.
4/22 Change (12 new)

78713 In the book The Outsiders Ponyboy's attitude tworads Darry has changed in many ways. For example after the church mishap when darry and johnny went into the church to save the kids and risk there lives, ponyboy saw them as being heroic. Another example is when darry started to cry when he saw ponyboy at the hospital. Both examples show how Ponyboy's attitude towards Dally changed.
3/19: Conflict (14 new)

78713 In the book The Outsiders by S.E Hinton my character is Johnny. Johnny is always the quiet one in the group and he doesn't really look for trouble. In chapter one Ponyboy describes johnny as a sad kicked puppy who looks lost in the world at home he doesn't really get alot of affection towards his family. His dad beats him everyday and his mom just ignores him so he found they gang as family and they all show one another love. So if one person is in trouble or needs help they got each others backs and johnny sees all the gang members as family.
10/9: Roles (15 new)

78713 I think the Role that influnced Arnold is he's diary because it helps him get down what he wasn't to get out but can't so he feels the need to write it down on paper. All the mean stuff the bullys would say to him like they would put his head in the toilet and make fun of the way he looks and call him slow.I think he's diary express how he feels inside.

A role that is most influential in my life is being black and korean when people see that my hair is really long and that asks me what my background is and i tell them Korean they get shocked and say to"oh why your hair is so long i never seen a black person with long nautral hair before.

78713 My mom was 13 when she lied to her dad and at the end learned a vauable lesson. She lied to her dad because she wanted to go to a party with her friends she knew her dad would say no so when he went to work and her grandmother came over to watch her and her sisters. She waited until she was fast asleep and she snuck out. The lesson she learned was that its better just to ask your parents and not sneak out because when she finally made it back home the door was locked and she had to sleep outside.
